EUROPEAN PREMIERE: Marta G. Bressi & Dirk Schreurs' Minds of Glass at the 2010 C-Mine Jazz Festival in Genk, Belgium, November 12 & 13

Thanks to Marta G. Bressi who´s generously offered me her extraordinay talent to generate beautiful video images to all eleven compositions from my album ¨Minds of Glass¨ , we 've been able to create brand-new works together. This collaboration, which was born as two separate entities, came to fruition when I saw in Marta's digital art a reflection of my own visualisations when composing the music. It was a pleasant surprise for me to discover how my music and her digital video artwork pulse together in an energetic yet truly organic way.

The Minds of Glass video art project was already screened at the 2009 Independent Film and Video Festivals in Los Angeles and Newyork. Minds of Glass is now presented at the 2010 C-Mine Jazz Festival in Genk (B) on November 12 and 13.
