- Students and Educators who are interested in learning about the National Jazz Workshop 2009. A new and inexpensive workshop for students and educators. Please visit the web site and see the world class faculty. No other work shop offers such variety and depth of faculty. See the Smithsonian Masterworks Orchestra, The US Army Blues, The US Navy Commodores, Attend the Jazz Education Network (JEN) Open Forum, The Capitol Bones, and work with all of these musicians. Three tracks to choose from at NJW-Improvisation, Arranging, Music Technology. Other faculty include TI:ME certified instructor, Alan Baylock and Bryan Kidd and more!

- I am the director of The National Jazz Workshop. I am also the lead trombonist with The Army Blues Jazz Ensemble in Washington, DC.
I have directed and attended jazz workshops over the past 20 years and I believe that NJW is the most comprehensive jazz workshop in the nation. It is also very inexpensive when compared to other workshops that offer less then half that NJW offers.
