About Me:

Representing magazine publishers: Downbeat, Jazz Times, Modern Drummer, Keyboard Player, Guitar Player & Recording. My job is to distribute these titles through TNG in Atlanta.

Musical Background & Experience:

Trumpet lessons from Maxime Knepper (Jimmy's wife) in NYC and then Harold Leiberman in NJ. Worked with Drew Francis and Kenny Washington at age 14. Played at Carnegie Hall 4 times and Alice Tully Hall once plus recorded with Kenny Washington, Loren Schoenberg, Steve Wilson plus Jame Genus and Ray Charles' rhythm section. Gigs with the Temptations, O'Jays, Drifters, Blues Bros & Gloria Gaynor. On tour with the Coasters, house gig with the Platters and years of Ringling Bros/Barnum & Bailey Circus performances.

Why I love jazz:

I love and play jazz because I grew up with it and it is the soundtrack for my life!
