- I have been actively involved in music since the age of 9. I started out playing trumpet and drums and by the time I got to Junior High School I learned to play baritone, tuba, french horn and trombone. I taught myself to play the electric bass while in college.
- Musical Background & Experience:
- I've been playing drums and bass in working bands for over 30 years in Cleveland, Ohio and Charlotte, North Carolina. I am currently the drummer for 'Playtime Jazz Band' in Charlotte.
- Why I love jazz:
- Jazz was the first style of music I was exposed to as a child and as a young adult I developed a great appreciation for jazz.
