Hi, I am a freshman in High school and I am about to get my braces off. During the time I've had my braces, I've developed a tendency to play sort of off to the side, and mostly on my lower lip. My private instructor says that After I get my braces off, I should stop playing for a week or two, or maybe even longer, so as to reset my embrochure.
