About Me:
Jere B is the Founder, Chairman and Production Director of Tejai, Ltd., a Multimedia
Production company comprised of North Eastern Ohio Musicians and Music Business Executives
involved in multimedia entertainment at all levels. His company oversees operations for
SounDoctrine Multimedia Entertainment Group, iayana Recordings and Soul Food Music,
a budding publishing company affiliated with BMI.

Jere B is a Composer/Producer & Musician. His award winning band, SounDoctrine has
released four critically acclaimed CDs and a DVD and has received notable honors from
Soul Patrol, The Hollywood Black Film Festival, Campus Crusade for Christ, New Artist
Radio, The Capital Jazz Fest Challenge, WSV and the American Gospel Music Awards
among others. SounDoctrine tours nationally, with their music crossing international boundaries,
frequently selling CDs in Japan, France, China, Germany, Australia, South Africa and Great
Britain. The Weather Channel has regularly featured the group’s music since January 08.

Jere B’s production credits include: Scoring the Independent Film Shorts, “On Line Love” &
“First Movie Date,” by local filmmaker Art Byrd; Composing and Producing the Music for the
Off Broadway Play, “In Search of an African Queen” and creating music for The CBOSS
Community etwork’s Webcasts.

Additional credits include composing and arranging for the legendary Ms. Lisa Taylor; Jazz
Songstress, Tracee; R&B duo, 2 Elegant, Gospel Singer, Carlton Jenkins; The Spirit of Truth
Choir, Acoustic Duo McCabe and most recently producing Smooth Jazz Artist,
Jim Couchenour’s second solo release, “Quiet Canvas.”

Jere B spent eight years as Senior Producer & Director of the legendary WKB Radio Dan
Ryan Talk Show and was the morning Gospel Announcer for Radio 1500 WGFT-AM.

Jere B has done Voice Over work for the prestigious Cogun Industries and produced numerous
jingles for local Radio and Television markets. Jere has recently formed an On Hold Voice
Messaging Service whose clients include
Cleveland Business Supply.

Future projects include an expansion plan for Tejai, Ltd., producing projects for Contemporary
Christian Soul Artist, Stefano & jazz saxophonist extraordinaire, Keith McKelley.

Since debuting in the movie “Greater Threat” a film by Ray O’Neill, he has recently landed the lead
in the new Art Byrd film, "Magnify."

A Born Again Christian, Jere B has a heart for teaching and motivating biblical truths to young
people. His goal is to exemplify Christ and live a life of integrity while mentoring toward
success.

Jere is very happily married to his sweetheart of 14 years, Lori Lynette who currently serves as
Director for Mahoning County Youth Build. They have three beautiful daughters; Tejai Davon, Nia Joi and Ayana Simone.
