across your wedding pics. recently. Are you and Donna still married?
Am not sure where you are on whats going on in Joe's life or mine. I left Shreveport in
1997 and moved to Las Vegas. Needed to make a change and a girlfriend had moved
there, so my daughter and I moved in with her. Joe and I were still together at that time
but he thought he couldn't move out there.
I really thought he needed a more stable girl to marry anyway. He didn't have any
stability and neither did I and I wanted him to have someone who had a good job with
benefits, etc. I still loved him but worried about us being together without anything
going on for the future. So, he married Tammy and it's been hard on him. We talk
every now and again and still think the world of each other. He had a son with her,
so there's no chance he would ever leave.
I love Vegas. Don't ever want to move back to the old stomping grounds! I'm still a
single Mom and take care of my Mother who is 90 and has alzheimers. That's pretty
much a full time job!
Do you still keep in contact with Joe? I hope so. You were a good friend. Did you ever know Mack Chester who played with The Don Rose Band? He and his wife are good
friends and live out here too. Don Rose too. He plays out here some time.
Take care and fill me in on what's going on!
